1. About the FUTARDIO Boat Campaign
The FUTARDIO Boat campaign ("Campaign") is a community-funded initiative to lease, brand, and operate a canal boat on the Amsterdam canals to promote the futard.io platform. The Campaign is hosted on futard.io and governed by the platform rules.
2. No Financial Advice or Investment
Supporting the FUTARDIO Boat campaign does not constitute an investment, loan, or purchase of securities. Contributions are donations to fund campaign operations. No financial return, profit share, equity, or token allocation is promised or implied.
3. Use of Funds
Funds raised are allocated exclusively to boat lease, branded wrap, sailing operations, crew, maintenance, and content production as described on the campaign page. The campaign team reserves the right to adjust operational allocations within these categories as needed to ensure the campaign's continued operation.
4. No Guarantees
The campaign team will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the roadmap and milestones described on this website. However, no guarantee is made regarding specific timelines, outcomes, reach, impressions, or the duration of boat operations. External factors such as weather, regulations, vessel availability, and market conditions may affect delivery.
5. Refund Policy
Contributions to the campaign are generally non-refundable once the funds have been deployed toward campaign operations. Refund eligibility before deployment is subject to the rules and policies of the futard.io platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, photography, video, and creative assets produced in connection with the FUTARDIO Boat campaign are owned by the campaign team and/or futard.io. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use campaign materials without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Platforms
This website may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including futard.io, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the FUTARDIO Boat campaign team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or support of the campaign. Total liability is limited to the amount you contributed.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
